The working principle of the egg breaking machine

The egg breaking machine has a rotating disc type, and the processing speed varies according to the diameter of the disc. The eggs are transported to the tray through manual or semi-automatic chuck conveyor chains, and then the eggs will be broken or the yolk and protein will be separated automatically.

Equipment for automatically breaking eggs and separating egg yolks and egg whites includes a conveyor, a base, and a rotating base. The rotating base is located on the base and rotates, and the output end of the conveyor faces the base.

The features of the automatic egg breaking separator

The machine base is also provided with an egg white groove and an egg yolk groove in sequence behind the conveyor along the rotation direction of the rotating seat. Several shell breaking mechanisms and separation mechanisms are fixed on the ring surface of the rotating seat. The shell breaking mechanism and the separating mechanism correspond to each other, and the shell is broken.

The mechanism is located above the separation mechanism; the shell breaking mechanism includes a fixed frame fixed to the rotating seat, a pressure block rotatably connected to the fixed frame, an egg-receiving plate that is rotatably connected to both sides of the fixed frame, and an egg-receiving plate fixed between the two egg-receiving plates For the shell knife, the pressing block is located above the egg-bearing plate and swings up and down relative to the egg-bearing plate.

The two egg receiving plates swing relative to the two sides of the fixed frame respectively; the separation mechanism includes an egg white box, an egg yolk box, a connecting frame, and a support rod. The connecting frame is connected to the rotating seat. The side below the egg yolk box has a gap, and the lower end of the support rod rotates Connected to the upper end of the connecting frame, the egg yolk box is fixed on the upper end of the support rod, the egg white box is rotatably connected to the lower end of the connecting frame, and the egg white box is located directly below the egg yolk box, and the side of the egg white box corresponding to the support rod is also provided with a stopper.

A support bar is fixed at the position of the base before the conveyor and the egg white tank, and the support bar is consistent with the moving path of the egg white box. The support bar is provided with an inclined upward slope at one end of the conveyor. A rack is fixed in the seat before the conveyor to the egg yolk groove, and the rack is consistent with the movement path of the strut, and the length of the end of the strut in the base extends to contact the rack.

As a further improvement, the shell breaking mechanism also includes a moving shaft, a connecting rod, and a torsion spring. The moving shaft is installed on the fixed frame and moves up and down relative to the fixed frame. The upper end of the egg-bearing plate is rotatably connected with the connecting rod and connected The other end of the rod relative to the egg-bearing plate is rotatably connected with the lower end of the moving shaft.
